Dip Painting
We are capable of dipping parts approximately 12" wide X 24" Long. Our pretreatment process consists of a five stage pretreatment process before dipping and an oven bake is after the dip. Our paint for this process in water-borne black that can withstand 168hrs. Salt Spray and Humidity Test.

Powder Coating Process
We can handle parts up to 17' long x 7' wide x 8' high. There is a wide selection of colors to choose from. Competitive pricing. We also have the capability to production powder coat as well as production wet coat.

Electrostatic Paint
Our Electrostatic paint line is a high volume production line that can paint parts 12" Wide X 40" Long. Our paint is Water borne black paint that can withstand 168hour Salt and Humidity test.

Zinc Phosphating and Pickle Process
This process is a barrel line that can handle 36" Long x 12" Wide. We can do a black phosphate and a gray phosphate color. This process can withstand 168hour Salt Spray and Humidity test. This line also has the ability to pickle steel parts.

We can handle parts up to 17' long x 7' wide x 8' high. Abrasive and Non-Abrasive blasting.
